Klyde Warren Park is a 5.2-acre deck park, designed by The Office of James Burnett, is an urban green space built over the recessed Woodall Rodgers Freeway between Pearl and St. Paul streets in downtown Dallas. The park received national recognition as the winner of the 2014 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Urban Open Space Award in October, announced at the ULI Fall Meeting in New York City. The ULI Open Space Award is an annual tribute of successful large- and small-scale public spaces that have socially enriched and revitalized the economy of their surrounding communities.
